Nabih Elias Azzam Engineering Services L.L.C (NEA) is currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Accountant for a permanent, full-time position at our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the field of Accounting, holding a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting/Finance or any equivalent Professional Qualification. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a prerequisite for this role.
The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role, being responsible for month-end close activities, reviewing and analyzing transactions, managing general ledger accounts, preparing yearly budgets, overseeing company expenditures, and coordinating external audits. Daily support to the finance team and proficiency in English (both spoken and written) are essential, especially in the preparation of regular financial reports for management, including detailed analysis and metrics. Additionally, candidates must hold a CPA, CA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification. It is imperative that the candidate stays informed and updated on UAE Tax Laws and Regulations.
