Under the patronage of his Excellency the Minister of Public Works and Housing, Engineer Sami Halaseh, Jordanian Engineers Association (JEA) held on 27 November 2016 the second professional Accreditation Conference for Engineering (PACE2), in the presence of his Excellency the Minister of Municipal Affairs Engineer Walid al Masri, and other key representatives from the public and private sectors, universities and the Jordanian Royal Scientific Society.

The purpose of this event was to show the importance of applying the qualification and professional accreditation system by which will increase the engineers’ competiveness and professionalism in the Industry at the Local, the Arab and regional levels.

NEA being a Chartered Quantity Surveying regulated by RICS believes in enhancing the skills and professionalism of the industry and therefore was one of the main sponsors of this event.

NEA received an award for sponsoring the event and our Director of Amman Office Mrs. Dana Azam received an award for being part of the committee preparing for the conference in addition to co-chairing the first session.
